I LOVE this show SO much!!! i wish i watched this as a kid, because i would've adored it even more (i was more of a doraemon kid tho haha)! ive never seen a shoujo that has early teens (13-14 in first season), and it was actually really well presented! bc of the ages, it is a bit slow on the romance, but the friendships are absolutely adorable(˶˃ ᵕ ˂˶)

the main character, Ichigo Amano, gets accepted to a patissiere school after she impresses a chef, henri (i hate him), with her great taste for sweets!! she gets to the school and totally fails at first bc shes never baked, but eventually learns and becomes amazing!! along the way she makes great friends and love interests hehe - which includes Makoto Kashino (loml), Satsuki Hanabusa, and Sennosuke Andou - and gets the help of some sweets spirits to harness her skills!! I adore how Ichigo actually fails at first, which most shoujos don't - tho it did give me some second hand embarrasment haha

my favorite part of this show is probably the amazing friendships. the main cast all support each other and help one another with their struggles (˶˃ ᵕ ˂˶) I'm a big fan of mcs like ichigo that are just genuinely good people, yet they still have their own problems that they need another's help with !! my fav main lead is obvi kashino - i love a good one sided rivals to lovers hehehe hes such a cutie !! all of the male leads are AWESOME though and i love how the author really developed the character's personalities and friendships before subjecting them to romance ദ്ദി◝ ⩊ ◜.ᐟ
